Catering to both conscious consumers, professional foodservice operators, and industrial segments, we offer a diverse range of sustaianble seafood, including av wide list of co-products from our salmon processing.

Living by the coast has always been a way of life in Norway. The sea served as both a highway and a provider, offering opportunities but also challenges and distress. For centuries cod and herring were the foundation of food and trade. As Norway prospered, we also developed modern aquaculture and became pioneers in farming Atlantic salmon.

Today, Norway is one of the main providers of healthy seafood to the world, offering everything from the traditional salted cod (klippfish), and herring to our valued farm-raised Norwegian salmon.

Over two decades of seafood excellence

Villa Seafood was founded more than 20 years ago under the name Seafood Marketing, a small, entrepreneurial seafood trading company. Over time, the business evolved into the sales arm of Villa Organic, a pioneer in organic salmon farming, operating under the name Villa Sales. Following a management buyout in 2013, Villa Sales changed its name to Villa Seafood, a name it still operates under.

Today, Villa Seafood is a core part of Blue Resource Group, a NOK 2 billion seafood group. The company operates through a global network of partners and customers, with a strong focus on premium seafood segments.
