Guided by the mantra of Blue Resource Group - Create. Connect. Together. - Filetfabrikken was founded in 2022 through a strategic partnership with GNIKS AS and Dom International. Filetfabrikken is located in Nittedal, just outside Oslo and close to the Gardemoen airport.
A dedicated team of more than 100 employees run the production lines. Representing nearly 30 countries, the workforce forms a diverse and inclusive community reflecting both the nature of the seafood business and the values we stand for.
Our peple is our greatest asset, but we are also empowered by the sun as a significant portion of our energy comes from solar panels on the roof of our facility.

Most of the salmon produced in Norway passes through the greater Oslo region on its way to global markets. This makes Filetfabrikken a central, strategic hub both in receiving raw materials from salmon farms nationwide and distributing finished products efficiently to Europe and overseas destinations.
With Oslo Airport just minutes away and several major air‑freight hubs only hours from the facility, we offer fast, reliable transport options that ensure Norwegian salmon reaches customers worldwide with maximum freshness and consistency.
